We’re hiring a strong chec ready to step up at our Central Kitchen site In Homerton.


This is a busy kitchen with a bustling bagel making, prep and organisational set up. You’ll often be working with a small team, so confidence and organisation skills are essential.


This role is ideal for someone who wants more responsibility, more ownership, and a clear path to running a kitchen.


What you’ll do

  • work independently or as part of a small team
  • Prep from scratch to spec – consistently and efficiently
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and under control
  • Help improve systems, prep structure, and day-to-day organisation
