Previously the London College of Music's concert hall, Sucre's grand dining room is a stunning setting where we provide guests with a combination of traditional Latin American open fire cooking and modern refinement. Along with excellent service, we strive to provide every guest with an unforgettable experience.
We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef de partie to join the brigade.
The key responsabilities will be:
-Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes.
-Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
-Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
