Working alongside a brigade of four chefs, you will prepare fresh, high-quality food from scratch for students and hospitality events, including fine-dining dinners and special occasions. Based at the client's impressive headquarters in Central London, you'll be preparing high-quality food for employees in a modern, professional kitchen, working as part of an experienced catering team. The Role We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie who has a genuine passion for Italian food and extensive experience in pizza preparation from scratch. Your experience should include: • Preparing fresh pizza dough from scratch, • Working with a variety of traditional doughs and fermentation methods, • Producing high-quality pizzas using authentic techniques, • Maintaining excellent food quality, consistency and presentation, • Supporting the wider kitchen team in a fast-paced environment Italian nationals or native Italian speakers are preferred, although applications from candidates with strong experience in authentic Italian cuisine are welcomed.
