This opportunity has arisen due to continued contract growth and increased service demand. The business delivers planned and reactive maintenance across large-scale commercial properties and is recognised for maintaining high compliance standards and strong client relationships within the retail sector. This role would suit a confident and technically strong Air Conditioning Engineer who enjoys working in a mobile role. The position is predominantly service and repair focused, with limited installation work, alongside supporting general building maintenance tasks where required. You will be responsible for maintaining, fault-finding, and repairing commercial air conditioning systems, carrying out general maintenance duties, and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and minimal downtime across multiple sites. The role will involve a mix of 1st and 2nd fix installation work, testing, fault finding and commissioning of Protec 6500 panels, along with other advanced fire alarm systems. Engineers will be working across multiple housing sites as part of an ongoing programme of works.
