ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently looking for experienced cleaners to be part of our travelling/moving team. Within this team, you will provide deep cleaning services in 20+ gym clubs around Greater London. You will be provided with all equipment and tools. A company vehicle will be provided for business use. All related travel expenses, including fuel, parking, and congestion charges, will be fully reimbursed. Alternatively, employees may use their personal vehicle, in which case all approved expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy. HOURS OF WORK 40 to 45 - hour contracts. Flexibility could be required as our client is open 360 days of the year. This role is paid £16/h, for an approximated monthly gross salary of £2770. The ideal candidate will have experience cleaning hotels or serviced apartments and will take pride in leaving the property spotless and guest-ready after every stay. Responsibilities: • Deep clean the entire property after each guest checks out, • Change and neatly arrange bed linens and towels, • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchen thoroughly, • Vacuum, mop, and dust all rooms and surfaces, • Check for damages or missing items and report promptly, • Refill basic supplies (toilet paper, soap, tea, coffee, etc.), • Ensure everything looks and feels like a hotel-standard stay. The Linen Porter is responsible for stock counting and distributing linen correctly on each floor of the property, guarantee a smooth running of the housekeeping department throughout the day. Additionally, the role will involve accepting delivery of clean linen from supplier, arranging linen for pick up always maintaining a calm demeanour and working in respect of health and safety regulation. The linen porter will also be called upon cleaning duties, when necessary, assisting the rest of team in cleaning rooms or public areas as well as managing all guests requests with a positive and pro-active attitude. The candidate will be methodical and conscientious with an eye for detail, ensuring the highest level of organisation.
