We’re looking for a reliable and experienced cleaning team to handle the day-to-day cleaning of a professional public venue known as The Beacon, located in Abingdon, Oxfordshire (OX14 area).
Scope of Work: The cleaning will cover all internal cleanable areas including:
Offices and meeting rooms
Reception and public areas
Toilets and kitchen spaces
Fixtures, fittings, and furniture
The venue needs to be clean and ready for use at the start of each working day. A key focus will be on maintaining presentation standards, asset longevity, and a clean, professional image throughout the building.
We’ll also need a cleaning supervisor to:
Oversee daily cleaning tasks
Ensure the work is completed to a high standard
Conduct weekly cleaning inspections with the Venue Manager
Contract Duration:
Start: 8 September 2025
End: 7 September 2026
With the possibility of a 2-month extension to November 2026
Budget:
Approx. £37,000 – £44,000 (including VAT) over 12 months
