Ensure properties meet Hygiene Squad’s quality standards and Airbnb’s cleaning protocols. Maintain a professional, discreet, and respectful attitude at all times. Work within strict timeframes to complete turnover cleans between guest check-in and check-out. Requirements Proven cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotels, or short-term rentals preferred). Strong attention to detail with a “guest-first” mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
