We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Nora.
We are looking for someone who is confident behind the bar, works well under pressure, has strong cocktail knowledge and understands the importance of consistency, presentation and guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy premium restaurant or cocktail bar and be comfortable with:
- Classic and modern cocktails
- Spirits and wine knowledge
- Fast, organised service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and preparation
- Working closely with the floor and management team
- Delivering warm, professional hospitality
Weekend and evening availability is essential.
