Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced barista to join our team at ARRO Coffee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages for our beloved customers. Responsibilities: - Take orders for food and drinks, handle cash transactions and operate POS systems to process payments accurately. - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks according to ARRO's recipes and standards. - Serve food items such as pastries, sandwiches and salads. - Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any questions or concerns. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe, including cleaning equipment, cups, cutlery, trays, sanitizing work surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed. - Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in the handling and preparation of food items. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Requirements: - Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred. - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso equipment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Positive and proactive attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and cleanliness. - Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Barista/Sandwich Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks, as well as crafting a variety of sandwiches. You will ensure that each customer receives exceptional service, quality products, and a positive experience in our café. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service. - Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards. - Craft sandwiches to order, ensuring they are made with fresh ingredients and presented attractively. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, sandwich prep area, and customer seating. - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. - Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment. - Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the manager. - Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and procedures. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a barista and/or sandwich maker is essential. - Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. - Ability to stand for extended periods. - Flexibility to work early morning shifts and occasional weekends or holidays if needed.

We are looking for experienced FOH Staff for our client based in Shoreditsh who are a massive insurance company well known across the UK The Package: - Hourly wage: £14.32 per hour - 40 per week (overtime available depending on business) - Overtime paid at time and ¼ - Shifts between 7am-11pm, Monday – Friday, core hours are between 7 to 16. The role - Setting up and cleaning meeting rooms in preparation for clients to use. - Hospitality meeting rooms, events and occasional fine dining (3-4 dinners a month) - Supporting in the coffee shop.
