14 years ago Thom & James drove a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk all the way from Sicily to London on a 'Pizza Pilgrimage' to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. They went on to set up a market stall in Soho with an oven in the back of the van before opening their first actual pizzeria on Dean Street. We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy breakfast team at Dobar. You must have previous breakfast experience, work well as part of a team and be confident cooking eggs to perfection. You will assist the Head Chef in ensuring food is prepared to a high standard and orders go out quickly during our fast-paced service. You must also be comfortable working on the grill, keeping your section organised and covering the Head Chef on their days off. We’re looking for someone reliable, organised and able to stay calm and efficient during a very busy breakfast service.
