What We’re Looking For:
A well-rounded skill set in construction (e.g., carpentry, general building, groundwork, etc.)
Proven experience in the construction industry
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
A good work ethic and attention to detail
Someone who values long-term relationships and is looking to grow with the company
