To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage the kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time. A minimum of 3 years; uninterrupted; working in an Italian cuisine kitchen is required. Working 45/48 hours x week (5 day / 2 days off). The restaurant operates a Split Shift during the week. You will ensure all plates are properly cooked and served for our customers to have a pleasant dining experience.
