The restaurant serves dishes from a wood-fired grill, and their daily changing sharing menu features some of the best UK produce from land and sea while staying true to the distinctive character of both Japanese and Mexican cuisines. The restaurant has a brand-new kitchen and a huge 2-meter wood fire grill, making it a unique melting pot of flavours brought together by a team of professionals who are capturing the current London food movement.
