What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen. • Strong knowledge of British pub food, with an enthusiasm for Caribbean flavors and cooking techniques. • A passion for creating high-quality dishes with a focus on flavor, presentation, and consistency. • Ability to work well under pressure and handle a busy kitchen environment with professionalism. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen culture. • Strong attention to detail, particularly in food preparation, portion control, and plating. • An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with relevant certifications (preferred but not essential).
