We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious and personable Sales & Business Development Executive to help strengthen our customer relationships and grow our retail network. This is a hybrid position combining face-to-face sales, customer account management and business development. Example Daily Activities • Loading and unloading deliveries at the bakery and customer sites., • Completing accurate records of deliveries and collections, ensuring all paperwork is signed upon delivery., • Handling multi-drop deliveries across London, including ambient and chilled products., • Conducting midday customer collections and new sales deliveries., • Cleaning and servicing the delivery vehicle after use, ensuring it is fully fuelled and ready for the next day. Role Requirements • Full, valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of 8 years, • Clean driving license- no penalty points, • Previous delivery driving experience, ideally with a van but not necessary, • Excellent understanding of the highway code, • Strong geographical knowledge of London, Greater London, and the South East, with confidence driving in these areas., • Good accuracy and organisational skills, • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service., • A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to support colleagues., • Experience of multi drop work with baked goods
