Requirements: ● Previous experience cleaning a pub or hospitality premises is essential. ● Must understand the responsibilities and duties involved in the role. ● Able to work independently and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. ● Reliable, hardworking and organised. ● Good attention to detail. ● Must be able to complete all cleaning tasks to a high standard. Key responsibilities: • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean hallways, stairwells, corridors, entrances, lifts, doors, handrails, and internal glass., • Remove cobwebs and carry out litter picking around pathways, car parks, and green spaces., • Manage bin stores, move bins when required, and clean bin rooms., • Report graffiti, fly-tipping, vandalism, and maintenance issues., • Maintain cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely., • Follow company health and safety procedures., • Willing to travel. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. You should be reliable, punctual, physically fit, attentive to detail, and able to work independently while maintaining high cleaning standards.
