WE ARE HIRING! 🍽️ Experienced Waiters & Waitresses – AVA Steakhouse AVA Steakhouse is looking for experienced, professional and individuals who are passionate about hospitality, take pride in delivering excellent customer service and can help create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest. 🔎 What We’re Looking For ● Minimum 2 years of experience working as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant. ● Excellent customer service and communication skills. ● Punctual, reliable and committed to their work. ● A friendly, professional and welcoming attitude towards customers. ● The ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment. ● Strong teamwork and communication skills. ● A smart, professional appearance and attention to detail. ● The ability to handle customer requests and maintain high service standards. ● Previous steakhouse or fine-dining experience is an advantage. 🍴 Key Responsibilities ● Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service. ● Take food and drink orders accurately. ● Explain menu items and make recommendations to customers. ● Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience. ● Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members. ● Keep tables and service areas clean, organised and presentable. ● Handle customer enquiries professionally. ● Arrive on time and be ready to work scheduled shifts.
