We're expanding our street team across London, and we're after more vibrant, fun and confident people to join it.
The job in one line: you're out on the street booking people into assessments for funded university degrees.
We help people onto degrees in business, digital marketing, health and social care, psychology, cyber security and more — no A-Levels needed, part-time around work, and Student Finance covers the tuition. Your job is to find the people who'd never heard that was possible, and get them booked in.
Who you'll be talking to
Two groups, and you'll get quick at spotting both.
The first didn't get the grades. They left school thinking university was shut to them, and nobody ever told them a foundation year exists.
The second are already working, sometimes for years, and can't move up without a qualification. They won't pack in a job to study full-time — but part-time and funded is a different conversation.
What you'll actually be doing
• Working your patch — high streets, shopping centres, community events, job centres
• Starting conversations and explaining what's on offer
• Answering questions 
• Taking details on a tablet and booking them into an assessment
• Reporting your bookings at the end of each shift
The team
We're a young team and we have a laugh doing this. You'll be out with other promoters, not on your own.
Hours
Full Time/Part Time
Pay
£100 for every student who attends and completes their assessment. Paid weekly.
This is commission only — there's no basic pay, and what you earn depends on how many people you book in and how many turn up. Assessments run weekly, so bookings convert fast.
What we're looking for
• Confident starting conversations with strangers
• Reliable — you turn up when you say you will
• 18 or over
• No experience needed, full training given
Want to study as well?
Everyone on the team can apply for one of the degrees themselves, same terms as anyone else. No A-Levels needed, funded by Student Finance, part-time around the work. Several of the team study alongside the job. Entirely your choice, and not a condition of being hired.
