Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical expertise to join our team. You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites, ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs, servicing, and maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment.
-Diagnose and efficiently resolve electrical faults.
-Travel to customer locations for on-site service and repairs.
-Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
-Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
-Complete job reports and documentation accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
-Strong electrical and mechanical engineering experience, particularly with forklifts or similar equipment.
-UK driving licence (essential).
-Ability to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.
-Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
-Willingness to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
