The Role As a Horticulturist at Plant Designs, you will provide top-quality care for interior (and occasionally exterior) plant displays. You will visit a range of commercial spaces and offices, ensuring our plants look their best and clients enjoy an exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain plant displays to the highest standards – watering, pruning, planting, cleaning, and weed control., • Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Plant Designs professionally on-site., • Follow your maintenance schedule independently, completing tasks efficiently and proactively., • Certified horticultural qualifications with hands-on experience in professional settings., • A valid driving license and willingness to drive company vans for exterior roles (not essential for interior-only roles)., • Experience in client-facing roles or customer service is desirable., • Health & Safety aware and physically capable of lifting and moving items safely., • Self-motivated, able to work independently and adapt to flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends., • IT literate, fluent in written and spoken English, with strong communication and people skills., • Competitive salary starting from £32,000, • Company uniform and tools provided, • Opportunities for career progression Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: • Company events, • Company pension Experience: • Horticulture: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person

What will you be responsible for? As a Design Manager, you'll be working within the Building Solutions team, supporting them in delivering design excellence across varied construction projects.
