Working closely with the entire management team, the focus will be on staff training, development, scheduling and operational procedures ensuring all Host/Receptionists deliver attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. The role is responsible for assisting the restaurant managers in all aspects of restaurant operation. As a Reception Supervisor, we would love you to have: • At least 2 years of Reception/Host experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, • Availability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays, • Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills, • Promptly answer phones with appropriate scripting, • Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas, • Exceptional attention to detail, • Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly, and customers'; concerns are addressed, • Direct guests to cloakrooms and waiting areas such as Bar and/or lounge, • Must have a professional and well-groomed appearance, as he/she is the first impression of the restaurant, • Ability to multi-task and follow directions, • Flexibility in scheduling is strongly preferred Details Salary: Up to £18 / Hour Schedule: Full Time Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience Location: Duck & Waflle Heron Tower, 110 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AY UK
