Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner. Follow opening and closing procedures as directed by management. Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
