Understand and optimize content based on platform algorithms. Target diverse audiences, including Millennials, Gen Z, and Baby Boomers. Implement cross-platform strategies (e.g., driving Instagram followers to YouTube). Identify potential sponsorship and revenue streams through media content. Collaborate with our catering and events departments to create promotional videos. Marketing and Design (20%): Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on marketing efforts. Create email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp or similar platforms. Design in-house marketing materials such as A-board posters and signage, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Requirements: Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Strong videography and video editing skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar. In-depth knowledge of platform algorithms and best practices for video content. Ability to target and engage diverse age groups (Millennials, Gen Z, Baby Boomers). Creativity in producing visually appealing and engaging content. Experience with email marketing platforms and basic graphic design. Knowledge of potential revenue generation through social media (e.g., sponsorships, collaborations).
