Commission only, with no base salary. This is a fully remote, non-exclusive opportunity for an independent sales partner. You earn 30% of the subscription fees Viiyoo receives during the first 12 months from each customer you source and help close. We pay commission monthly on fees collected, excluding VAT and refunds. Commission is uncapped. What you’ll sell Viiyoo is a property intelligence platform for organisations that buy, own or lend against residential property. Teams can use the platform themselves or give us a brief and review the results, with the evidence behind each figure. A council might ask which homes it could buy within budget to reduce temporary accommodation costs. A housing association might want to know which rents are furthest from local benchmarks. A fund manager might ask how much capital they could deploy at their target yield. A lender could use Viiyoo to review the properties backing a borrower’s portfolio. Your role You’ll focus on the market you know best. You’ll find prospective customers, speak to the people responsible for the budget and identify a decision they’re working on. Viiyoo’s founder will join demonstrations, run a prospect’s brief through the platform and help answer technical questions. You’ll lead the commercial conversation from first contact through proposal, procurement and signature. Who we’re looking for You’ve personally won B2B business selling software, data or advisory services to at least one of our buyer groups. You know how purchasing decisions are made in that market and can give an example of a deal you took from first conversation to signed agreement. The arrangement can sit alongside an existing consultancy or other complementary sales work. To apply Please send your CV or a short account of your experience. Tell us which market you’d focus on first and describe one relevant sale you personally closed. What did the customer buy, who approved it and what was your part in getting it signed? You can keep the customer’s name confidential.

    £1000–£2000 monthly
    Part-time
    London

🚀 WE’RE HIRING! Supplier Acquisition & Partnership Executives Company: Dynamite Athletics Location: Remote – United Kingdom Working Hours: Flexible Pay: Commission Only – No Basic Salary Commission: 10–15% of Net Profit, with 3% Ongoing Commission if You StepAway About Dynamite Athletics Dynamite Athletics is an ambitious new UK sports, fitness and outdoor equipment retailer. We’re building a one-stop destination for quality products across electric bikes, gym equipment, watersports, team sports, running, camping and outdoor adventure. As a new company, we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to help us grow, establish relationships with leading brands and become part of our journey from the beginning. 💼 The Opportunity We’re looking for confident, ambitious individuals to help us identify, approach, sign and manage suppliers. Your responsibilities will include: • Researching potential suppliers, manufacturers and distributors., • Contacting brands and introducing Dynamite Athletics., • Securing new retail and dropshipping partnerships., • Negotiating supplier agreements and trade opportunities., • Helping onboard suppliers onto our website., • Maintaining relationships with suppliers you’ve introduced., • Working alongside our founders to expand our product catalogue. 💰 Our Commission Structure This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. There is currently no basic salary. We believe that the people who help build Dynamite Athletics should benefit from the success they help create. For every supplier you successfully sign and actively manage, you’ll receive 10–15% of the net profit generated from that supplier’s sales through our website. This isn’t a one-off payment. You’ll continue earning commission on qualifying sales for as long as you actively manage that supplier and Dynamite Athletics continues selling their products. The more successful suppliers you bring on board, the greater your potential earnings. 📊 How We Calculate Your Commission Commission is calculated from the profit Dynamite Athletics makes on each sale, not the total amount the customer pays. We deduct the supplier’s product cost, shipping expenses, applicable taxes and other agreed direct costs before calculating commission Example: An Electric Bike Sale Customer purchases an electric bike £1,900 Cost of purchasing the bike from our supplier −£1,200 Shipping and delivery costs −£100 Applicable tax allocation (illustrative) −£200 Profit available for commission £400 Based on the £400 profit: At 10% commission: You earn £40. At 15% commission: You earn £60. This applies to qualifying sales generated by suppliers you’ve successfully introduced and actively manage. The figures above are illustrative. Actual commissionable profit will be calculated using the agreed accounting method and applicable tax treatment. 🤝 What Happens If You Stop Managing Your Suppliers? We understand that circumstances change. You might decide to pursue another opportunity, reduce your involvement or simply stop managing your supplier accounts. We don’t believe that means your original contribution should be forgotten. If you decide to stop actively managing suppliers you’ve successfully introduced, your commission will reduce from 10–15% to 3% of the net profit generated from those suppliers. Using our previous example: £400 net profit × 3% = £12 commission per sale. You’ll continue receiving this 3% commission for as long as Dynamite Athletics lists those suppliers on our website and generates qualifying profitable sales from their products, even if you’re no longer actively managing them. This is our way of recognising and rewarding the people who helped us build Dynamite Athletics from the beginning. You helped bring the supplier to us. We want you to continue benefiting from that contribution. 💻 Your Own Staff Back-Office Account We’ve already developed a dedicated back-office platform to support our team. Successful applicants will receive access to their own staff account, allowing them to: • Manage their supplier relationships., • Monitor the performance of suppliers they’ve introduced., • Track qualifying sales and commission., • Access the information needed to manage their accounts. We want our team to have the tools and transparency needed to succeed. 🎓 Full Training Provided Previous supplier acquisition experience is beneficial but not essential. We’ll provide training covering: • How Dynamite Athletics operates., • How to identify suitable suppliers., • How to approach manufacturers and brands professionally., • How our dropshipping and retail partnerships work., • How to use our back-office system., • How commission is calculated. You’ll also receive support from our founders as you develop your supplier portfolio. 📈 The Opportunity to Grow With Us We’re a new business, and we believe in being transparent. At this stage, we cannot offer salaried positions. This opportunity is entirely commission-based. However, as Dynamite Athletics grows and begins generating sustainable revenue, we intend to explore bringing successful team members into permanent, full-time positions. Our ambition is to build a team that grows alongside the business. Those who help establish Dynamite Athletics during its early stages will have the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities as future roles develop. Please note that future salaried employment is an ambition, not a guaranteed offer. ⭐ Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for individuals who are: • Confident speaking with businesses and decision-makers., • Motivated and comfortable working independently., • Professional, organised and reliable., • Interested in sales, e-commerce or business development., • Willing to learn and develop new skills., • Excited about helping grow a new UK business. Experience is welcome, but attitude, commitment and communication skills are what matter most. 🚀 Why Join Dynamite Athletics? This is an opportunity to become involved in a new business at an early stage. Rather than earning a single commission for signing a supplier, you’ll have the opportunity to build a portfolio of supplier relationships that can generate ongoing income. You’ll receive full training, access to our staff platform and support from the people building the company. And even if you eventually decide to step away from managing your suppliers, our 3% ongoing commission arrangement means your original contribution can continue to be rewarded. 📩 Apply Today If you’re motivated, confident and interested in helping build a growing UK sports, fitness and outdoor equipment retailer, we’d love to hear from you. Join Dynamite Athletics and help us build something for the future. Build Partnerships. Earn Ongoing Commission. Grow With Us. Dynamite Athletics Built on Experience. Driven by Ambition.

    Conveyancing Solicitor
    £50000–£70000 yearly
    Full-time
    London

Job description: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer Esca Staffing Solutions | Camden | £50,000 – £70,000 | Permanent Esca Staffing Solutions is working closely with a well-established, property-focused law firm in Camden to find their next great fee earner. Our client has been a fixture in the local market since the late 1980s — a firm of around 40 people, with a busy, close-knit conveyancing team of 14 at its heart. THE ROLE You'll be handling a solid day-to-day caseload of residential conveyancing — the focus of this role is firmly resi, though the firm does handle a small amount of commercial property, so a commercially aware mindset is a plus. This isn't a role where you're left to sink or swim — every fee earner has one-to-one paralegal support, post-completion work is handled entirely by a dedicated post-completion team, and a dedicated compliance team takes care of source of funds checks, so you're not chasing AML paperwork on top of your caseload. You focus on the case; they handle the admin. ABOUT YOU • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, 2+ years PQE, • Solid, practical residential conveyancing experience, • A clean SRA record — no history of regulatory issues, • Whether you've come from a high-volume conveyancing factory or a boutique firm, we're interested — what matters more is how you work and who you are, • A genuine personality. This team works hard, but they like each other, and they want someone who'll fit right in WHAT'S ON OFFER • £50,000 – £70,000, competitive with the market, • 25 days annual holiday, • Flexible working — typically 2 days in the office, 3 remote (with an initial settling-in period based in the office), • Genuinely uncapped progression — courses and qualifications funded. One current partner started at the firm as a secretary, • Steady, high-quality instructions through strong, established relationships with local estate agents — the firm rarely needs to advertise for work, • Business development is recognised and rewarded for those who want to build their own pipeline, • Realistic targets — most files bill at a minimum of £2,000 + VAT, with annual targets set around 3x salary THE TEAM & THE PLACE Camden is a great place to be based — buzzing, easy to get to, none of the soulless commute of somewhere like Canary Wharf. The team of 14 is known for being supportive and motivational, especially for people earlier in their careers — genuinely low turnover, with people staying long-term. INTERESTED? This is a confidential search being handled exclusively by Esca Staffing Solutions. Get in touch for a confidential conversation and full details on the firm. Benefits: • Casual dress, • Company events, • Company pension, • Transport links, • Work from home Experience: • Post Qualification: 2 years (preferred)
