Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential home chefs, explain the OhMyFood opportunity, overcome objections, follow up consistently and convert qualified leads into successfully onboarded and active chefs. You'll manage leads through our sales platform, handle outbound calls and WhatsApp conversations, identify new sales opportunities and work towards clear weekly and monthly acquisition targets. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, knows how to build trust, takes ownership of their work and consistently follows through without needing constant reminders. This is a hands-on, target-driven role where success is measured by actual conversions and activated chefs, not simply the number of calls made.
