The Role We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own client relationships, lead strategy, and execute high-performance campaigns across paid channels. This is a client-facing role, so you need to be confident, sharp, and able to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be responsible for managing accounts end-to-end, from planning to execution to reporting. Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Build and present digital strategies aligned with client goals Analyse performance and optimise campaigns for ROI Lead client calls, updates, and performance reviews Translate data into clear, actionable insights Collaborate with internal teams (creative, SEO, dev) Stay ahead of trends in paid media, AI, and digital marketing Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Strong understanding of digital strategy and performance marketing Confident in client communication and presentations Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Experience with: Google Analytics (GA4) Google Search Console Meta Ads Manager Google Ads platform Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Manus, or similar Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail What We’re Looking For A self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding Someone curious and open to learning, especially with AI and automation Clear thinker who can simplify complex ideas for clients Commercial mindset, focused on revenue, not vanity metrics Organised, proactive, and reliable Growth & Mentorship You will work directly with the CEO of Regent Branding, an award-winning digital marketer, receiving hands-on mentorship in strategy, client management, and scaling high-performance campaigns.
