Responsibilities • Support and care for young people in a residential setting, • Be a consistent, positive adult role model, • Help develop confidence, independence, and everyday life skills, • Take part in activities and daily routines, • Work as part of a professional, supportive team Qualifications • Aged 21+ (legal requirement) Required Skills • Caring, patient, and resilient, • Comfortable with an active role (training provided), • Reliable and motivated to support young people Preferred Skills • Experience in care or safeguarding is welcome but not essential. Pay range and compensation package • £26,210 – £29,801 salary (including shift allowance), • £2,000 annual retention bonus, • Additional sleep‑in allowance, • Full training & induction – no experience needed, • Ongoing career development and support, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, • Stable, set shifts for better work–life balance, • Shift Pattern: Fixed shifts: 7:30am–4:30pm or 1:00pm–10:00pm, Alternate weekends off Equal Opportunity Statement Start a Career That Makes a Difference.
