Full Time Barista - 370 Strand

Full time experienced manager position available for busy British cafe on the strand London. 5 days per week 730 until 4pm including weekends. Role includes opening and closing fully managing a team of 3 front of house and barista. Full contract full time. Minimum 3 years experience.

Experienced front of house waiting staff required for a 30 cover cafe diner in central London on the strand near Covent Garden. Duties include waiting tables, taking orders, serving, preparing bills, clearing and resetting tables. Helping set up and clean down. Shifts on rotation are 745 to 3pm minimum of 5 days a week including weekends overtime available. Hourly rate £14 plus tips OTE £15/16 per hour.

Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and juice beverages in accordance with our quality standards., • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines., • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and product knowledge., • Assist with inventory management and ensure supplies are adequately stocked., • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service. Qualifications: • Proven experience in coffee and juice preparation is essential., • Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively., • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

The job includes making great coffee (we sell a lot!), preparing sandwiches, and serving customers with a smile. You should have good customer service skills and be able to work independently during the day.
