Job Title:** Trainee Dental Nurse** Position Type: Two Part-time Roles with Potential for Full-time Permanent Positions Working Hours: 16-20 hours per week Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM Alternate Weekends: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM About the Practice: We are a growing network of dental practices, with locations across key areas in London and popular towns on the outskirts. Our clinics provide a blend of NHS and private services, offering a comprehensive range of treatments, including cosmetic dentistry, hygiene services, implants, Invisalign, teeth whitening, and aesthetic procedures. We are looking for candidates with a genuine interest in dentistry and aesthetics. Experience is not required, as full training will be provided. Ideally, you should already be enrolled or planning to enrol in an approved dental nursing course. This role starts as part-time with the possibility of transitioning to full-time. About the Role: As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people aged 8–18 in a nurturing, homely environment. You will lead by example, providing high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the wider team to ensure the emotional, physical, and social development of each child. - Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care. Develop and maintain individual care plans tailored to each child’s needs. Ensure safeguarding practices are strictly adhered to. Assist in the day-to-day running of the home and ensure a safe and positive environment. Promote independence, inclusion, and positive outcomes for the children. After training you will have to go to clients houses to provide care to elderly. Care involves personal care, giving them bath, shower, helping them to change clothes, medication etc. You will be given training. You will need good English speaking and writing skills to apply for this role.

Experienced carers only - Evening SITTING position- £600pm (9pm-7am). We are looking for someone with experience of caring for a relative or from a care agency. My father has dementia but he is mobile and already has carers in the daytime. We are looking for someone who can “sit” with him during bedtime hours to keep an eye on our father during the night, if he gets up to use the toilet. This varies day to day. Sometimes he doesn’t get up at all. Other times it’s 2-3 times. The person will need to escort him into the bathroom and stand by the door to ensure he does not get dizzy. You will then need to escort him back to bed. My father is able to clean himself and wash his hands. If he’s hungry or thirsty he may ask for Tea and a snack. You can help him make this and then settle him back to bed. There will be an alarm set up in his bedroom which will wake you up if he gets up from the bed. This position is suitable for a mature carer or mature student who needs extra pocket money and is perhaps busy in the daytime at a care agency or at university.
