We're looking for a skilled Grill Chef to join our busy kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes (mainly breakfast plates) ensuring the highest quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.
- Participate in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Grill Chef or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and cooking methods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
