As a sushi chef in Barnet, you would be: Prepare fresh sushi, ,rolls, nigiri and other sushi products to Sushi Daily standards Handle and prepare fresh ingredients safely and hygienically Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and freshness Follow recipes, preparation procedures and food safety guidelines Flexibility would be preferred and can be full or part time.
