Head Barista

We're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic baristas with previous experience of working in a busy café environment preparing a range of espresso-based drinks to join us on our beach-side coffee bar and able to efficiently manage table service. You will be at the heart of our organisation, interacting with customers and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In order to be successful, you should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in Italian being an added advantage, enabling you to confidently interact with our staff and navigate our menu. Main Duties: -Coffee preparation and drinks, cocktail preparation -Serving tables -Helping front of the House -Taking payments from customers -Responsible for overseeing the Beverage operation and ensuring its overall success. • -Maintains a safe, orderly and sanitized bar. - Ensures all legal requirements are adhered to (I.e.
