We are currently looking to recruit an experienced cashier for our wholefoods focused store opening in Tottenham Hale. Requirements: -Experienced working as a shop cashier required . Thus, familiar with all aspects of operating tills. -2+yrs working in a grocery store. -Familiar with Wholefoods/organic/FMCG/Spirits/Cigarettes & Vapes/Medications and all products behind the till. -Experienced using Pay Point, Pay zone and Oyster machine. -Alert in recognising theft. -Great communicator and well mannered. -Team player with a positive attitude to work ensuring we preserve good working ethics at our store whilst having a positive workplace. -Responsible person. To conclude we are opening a new store in Tottenham Hale and need experienced staff motivated to help us succeed as a team. Part time staff can be considered if experienced.

We are looking for an experienced Barista/All rounder of whom can work in our new store opening in Tottenham Hale. Requirements: -Proactive ,calm and joyful character. -At least 2 years experience working in a busy independent café as a barista. -Good knowledge in making coffee/can do Latte art(Technical knowledge ie Dialing-in) -Good knowledge in making a variety of drinks ie varying from Smoothies/Juices/Macha Latte/Frappuccino's. -Can make Toasties/Sandwiches(Focaccia/Sourdough) and salads(Kitchen experience is preferred). -Note what's needed for stock. -To preserve hygiene standards even when busy and ensure cleanliness comes first. -Work as a team as we are family business and this we believe is what gives us the upper hand compared to other larger brands. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide help and recommendations for them - Organise ROTAs, in charge of staffing and hiring for the store - Full P&L responsibility for the store from labour cost to cost of food to operating costs - In charge of stock takes, new product development, customer feedback & reviews - In charge of forecasting materials needed for the store and ordering in advance from suppliers - Be able to roll up your sleeves and take charge of all tasks around the shop - lead the team by example and be prepared to take responsibility - Ensure food safety & hygiene guidelines are followed at all times - Opening and closing the store including washing up & store hygene maintenance - Prepare corporate orders & box them properly for delivery - All in all a responsible and excited store manager who has a sense in food and passion for quick service restaurants - Skills: - Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in English (other languages are a plus) - Previous experience in food preparation and management in restaurant industry - Attention to detail and always being on time - Computer skills and ability to prepare presentations & work with Excel files - Ability to connect with & charm customers as well as explain food concept to new customers and attract customers into the shop - We offer competitive pay (£31k + up to £5k bonus per year) and a positive work environment and a lot of room to grow & get promoted.
