We are looking for an experienced and passionate HEAD BARISTA to lead our café team and ensure excellence in every cup, every dessert, and every customer interaction.
Your day-to-day will include…
- Leading and coordinating the café team to ensure top-quality coffee, tea, and dessert preparation.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, hygiene protocols, and food safety regulations within the café area.
- Planning and organizing café operations to optimize time, workflow, and resources.
- Training, mentoring, and motivating the team to foster a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing environment.
- Supporting the front-of-house team when needed, contributing to smooth service and great guest experiences.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Barista or in a similar role, ideally in high-volume environments.
- Genuine passion for coffee, healthy food, sustainability, and environmental responsibility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Availability to work in Madrid.
- Team player mindset you enjoy collaborating and supporting others whenever needed.
