We are seeking a Maestro de Cocina—a passionate and experienced Head Chef—to lead the kitchen of our highly anticipated new Mexican restaurant in the Mid-Sussex area. This is not simply a job; it is an invitation to preserve, innovate, and elevate the rich culinary heritage of Mexico.
Our restaurant is dedicated to authentic, regional Mexican techniques, utilizing high-quality, fresh, and seasonal ingredients. We need a leader who deeply understands the soul of Mexican food, from traditional moles and cochinita pibil to the artistry of masa and salsa.
ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY: SOUS CHEF (Second in Command)
We are also recruiting a highly skilled and dedicated Sous Chef to work directly alongside our Head Chef. This role is perfect for a talented chef ready to support kitchen management and operation while specializing in traditional Mexican cooking.
