As a Waiter/Waitress at Fowl, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional dining experience through attentive service, deep menu knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. You will work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. Key responsibilities: - Provide warm, professional, and attentive service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued. - Guide guests through the food and drink menus, offering knowledgeable recommendations and pairings. - Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining high service standards. - Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in line with health and safety regulations. - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
