We are a London-based gardening company carving out a niche in naturalistic, large-scale container planting for the urban environment. Our work combines interior planting, houseplants, and seasonal outdoor displays, creating beautiful non-corporate planting schemes across London and beyond — including some of the most iconic locations in the UK.
This is a unique role within horticulture and garden design, offering an exciting opportunity to work with an innovative studio that’s pushing the boundaries of what can be grown in containers. Our practice is deeply focussed on refining designs to best suit the environment, with a particular interest in dry gardening in containers and developing new approaches for planting in difficult urban spaces.
The Horticultural Operations Lead is a hybrid role, combining hands-on horticultural knowledge, people management, admin, and studio organisation.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of our gardening maintenance operations, working across plant care, tools, equipment, stock, scheduling, and client communication.
This role demands independence, initiative, and confidence in carving out your own niche within a small but ambitious and scaling team.
Training and experience working with both interior and exterior plants is imperative.
