Milan-Angelo Varga Privat Office LTD is the dedicated support structure for Mr. Varga, managing his daily schedule, business commitments, travel and personal life. We are looking for a dynamic, discreet and reliable Personal Assistant to join as his primary point of contact and right-hand person. This is a close-support role with high personal involvement. You will manage the Director’s calendar, handle communications, coordinate travel and execute whatever tasks he assigns directly. Most operational work (admin, bookings, errands) is outsourced to external teams or other employees — your main focus is being with him personally, handling real-time needs, and keeping everything flowing while he is in his routine. Daily Routine & Key Duties: The Director spends 3–4 hours every day on his personal training & recovery routine (gym, sauna, pool, shower, wellness sessions) in ____ city/hotel he is in. During these blocks he is not available for calls, emails or admin work. Your role is to: • Be present and assist during those sessions (e.g. managing messages that come in, taking quick notes, handling urgent requests verbally, coordinating with external teams so nothing is missed), • Manage the full calendar and schedule (business, personal, travel, wellness blocks), • Handle WhatsApp, email, social media messages & notifications in real time, • Coordinate all travel (flights, hotels with gym/spa/pool facilities, transfers, reservations), • Run personal errands, prepare travel packs, manage appointments, • Accompany the Director on frequent trips (Europe + long-haul) to maintain continuity (separate accommodation provided), • Organised, proactive, calm under pressure, • Excellent English (additional languages advantageous), • Valid passport and full flexibility for frequent international travel, • High discretion & confidentiality (NDA required), • Professional appearance and confident presence, • Comfortable in close, personal-support environments, • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, travel apps, messaging platforms), • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship) What We Offer • Salary £155,000 – £175,000 gross p.a. (depending on experience & travel intensity), • All travel, hotel accommodation, meals & transport fully covered, • Performance & travel bonuses, • Private health & wellness benefits, • 25 days holiday (flexible) Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a video call, followed by an in-person meeting in London. We are looking for someone who thrives in a demanding, close-working environment and is excited about travel, wellness routines and providing seamless, personal support. A short personal message submitted through the platform is required, outlining your motivation for this role, what appeals to you about its travel and close-support nature, and why you believe you are well suited to the Principal’s lifestyle and daily routine.
