What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of mixology, classic and contemporary cocktails, and an extensive understanding of wines, spirits, and beers. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire and mentor others.
