As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a vital supporting role in our kitchen operations, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain exceptional culinary standards and foster a positive team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and food preparation.
  • Support the kitchen team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Maintain consistent food quality and presentation, adhering to Brindisa's authentic Spanish culinary standards.
  • Assist with kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Support the development and training of junior chefs.
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation under supervision.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a strong Chef de Partie or aspiring Junior Sous Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • A genuine passion for Spanish cuisine and high-quality ingredients.
  • Good leadership and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
