The successful candidate will be able to work withing this brand new role which has no strict separation between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) — this role will be fluid and diverse, allowing you to be involved in multiple aspects of the kiosk's operation. You’ll work closely with a small, tight-knit team where teamwork and multitasking are essential. BAO Night Markets is seeking a Kiosk Supervisor whos primary focus of this role is to support your manager with the daily operations of the store, including people, profit oversight, stock management and so on. You will act as the Manager’s trusted ally and the team’s reliable leader. In the Manager’s absence, you will oversee the operations and could be considered a strong candidate for future advancement. This role is very hands-on, where you’ll actively engage in multiple tasks and closely work with the tight-knit team, to ensure that all cleaning and operational standards are consistently met. Flexibility with your schedule may be required, including evenings and weekends.
