The result of Max's extensive travels to New Haven, Connecticut, it is built around pizzas that are crispy, chewy and charred, a revival of his much-loved pop-up now finding a permanent home in the heart of Covent Garden. We're building the opening team now. We're looking for a Kitchen Porter to join the opening team at Lenny's, keeping the kitchen running cleanly and smoothly behind the scenes. You'll play a vital role in making sure the kitchen is set up to deliver at its best, every service. This role suits someone hardworking, reliable and happy to be part of a busy kitchen team. You'll work closely with the chefs, and it's a great way into professional kitchens with real room to grow. This is a hands-on, section-focused role, full of energy from the moment the doors open.
