Kitchen Porter - Supervisor We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Kitchen Porter Supervisor to join our kitchen team at one of London’s leading luxury restaurants, Shanghai Me. This is a key role within the kitchen operation, ideal for someone who takes pride in organisation, cleanliness, and leading by example in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. The Role As Kitchen Porter Supervisor, you will oversee the stewarding team and ensure the kitchen operates smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, efficiency, and support throughout service.
