Key Responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, including pot wash, equipment, and floors., • Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment efficiently during service., • Support chefs by keeping kitchen areas organised and well stocked., • Assist with basic food preparation when required., • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures., • Support smooth kitchen operations during busy services.
