We are looking for a hard-working individual to take on the role of kitchen porter, in which they will be responsible for all dishwashing, cleaning, and basic ingredient preparation. Other tasks will include reporting to management when food supplies are running short, and putting away clean cookware. A fantastic kitchen porter will have excellent organisation and strong communication skills, with the ability to ensure all the rules and laws regarding the health and safety of prepared foods are followed closely. We are looking for a kitchen porter to assist in our restaurant. Washing dishes and utensils to ensure a safe, hygienic environment. Cleaning kitchen equipment and work surfaces. Maintaining cleanliness and organising the kitchen area and work surfaces; deep cleaning the kitchen areas and kitchen equipments. Maintain the highest standards. Assist with deliveries and the storage of supplies, and ensure everything is organised. Supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as needed. Ensuring waste is disposed of properly and recycling is sorted according to our guidelines.

We are looking for some help in our kitchen. The job is washing dishes, bringing trays of food upstairs and cutting vegetables. For now we only need help on Tuesday shifts from 10-2. But this may change in the future.
