We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team immediately. You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen, ensuring smooth operations for our chefs and front-of-house staff. Key Responsibilities: • Washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment • Keeping kitchen surfaces, floors, and workstations clean and tidy • Assisting with basic food preparation as required • Taking out the rubbish and ensuring waste disposal areas are maintained • Receiving and storing deliveries correctly • Following health & safety and food hygiene regulations at all times • Supporting the kitchen team with any additional tasks as needed Requirements: - prior experience needed - Ability to work in a fast-paced - must speak Italian

Team Collaboration: - Work closely with both kitchen and floor staff, maintaining excellent communication to ensure smooth daily operations. - Act as a positive and proactive team member, attending regular team meetings and supporting the recruitment, training, and development of new kitchen staff. Innovation & Feedback: - Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes, promotions, and menu improvements, staying informed on current food trends and customer preferences. - Provide feedback on kitchen operations to continually improve processes and offerings. Requirements: - Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role, ideally in a café or restaurant setting. - Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. - Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude. - Flexibility with working hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are seeking a hard working Kitchen porter / Kitchen assistant / Cleaner. Are you somebody easy to work with some kitchen experience? Experience is an advantage but training is also provided. You will be assisting both the chef and the kitchen porter (at less busiest times). Basic understanding of cooking is required both chefs will give training where needed.
Looking for a reliable,punctual long term kitchen porter mainly for dishwashing. Don't apply if you can't commute. Jobs including waching dishes, dough tray, cutlery etc.. and helping preparing starters. 6 hrs per week. Must be able to work all the hours, rota doesn't change. Friday and Saturday 19:00/22:00
