Key Responsibilities: END OF DAY CLEANING • Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout service hours., • Ensure all equipment and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at the end of the shift., • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment., • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. We are based in a residential area so have a lot of local and regular customers, so we promote a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere in the café. We are looking for someone who is hard-working, is able to work under pressure and is able to get along with others. We also have a flat hierarchy, so we encourage and support your ideas and suggestions.
