14 years ago Thom & James drove a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk all the way from Sicily to London on a 'Pizza Pilgrimage' to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. Part-Time Kitchen Assistant Wanted We are looking for a reliable and hardworking part-time Kitchen Assistant to join our team. Working hours: • Sunday: 9:00am–12:00pm for kitchen cleaning, then 6:30pm–10:30pm., • Other working days: 6:30pm–10:30pm. After the Sunday morning cleaning, the business will continue as normal. Duties include: • Food preparation, • Washing dishes, • Cleaning and keeping the kitchen organised, • Helping the chefs with daily kitchen tasks, • Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but training can be provided.
