The role requires flexibility, strong technical skills, and strict adherence to health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities – General Building Works • Carry out general building maintenance and repair works, • Prepare and protect work areas, • Complete works in line with specifications and standards, • Remove existing floor finishes and prepare subfloors, • Install vinyl, LVT, carpet tiles, laminate, timber, and tiles, • Apply primers and self-levelling compounds, • Refit skirting boards and trims, • Repair and adjust internal and external doors, • Replace hinges, closers, locks, and ironmongery, • Carry out minor carpentry works, • Replace taps, valves, traps, and WC components, • Carry out basic leak detection and pipework repairs, • Reconnect appliances such as sinks and dishwashers, • Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding, and priming, • Carry out internal painting and decorating to commercial standards, • Apply emulsion, gloss, satin, and specialist coatings as required, • Make good following repairs and maintenance works, • Follow site health & safety procedures and RAMS, • Work safely in occupied environments, • Proven commercial general building experience, • Strong flooring, decorating, and carpentry skills, • Basic to intermediate plumbing knowledge, • CSCS card (preferred), • Relevant trade qualifications (desirable), • Full UK driving licence (preferred), • Own tools (for subcontract roles)

This role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical ability and a commitment to safety and workmanship standards. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: They will mainly be responsible for the following tasks- • Interpret drawings and specifications to plan plumbing system layouts, • Install, assemble, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, pipes, valves, and fixtures, • Measure, cut, and prepare pipe work using appropriate hand and power tools, • Join and secure pipes by welding, soldering, fusing, cementing, or screwing, • Test installations for leaks and faults and carry out necessary adjustments, • Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, including burst pipes and defective components, • Carry out routine maintenance to prevent system failures, • Calculate material requirements and maintain accurate records of work completed Skills, experience and qualification required for the role. We are seeking a proactive and dependable individual to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and operations of our short-let properties. This role primarily involves hands-on maintenance tasks, comprising about 60-70% of the job, with the remainder dedicated to guest interactions, including communication, check-ins, and property inspections. Key Responsibilities Maintenance (Main Focus): • Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks, such as minor plumbing, basic electrical work, repairs, painting, snagging, and furniture assembly., • Swiftly identify and resolve issues, escalating to the Maintenance Manager when necessary., • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure they are in top condition., • Assist with urgent maintenance issues and coordinate with contractors as directed by the Maintenance Manager., • Ensure all properties are safe, fully functional, and ready for guests. Guest & Operations Support: • Engage with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure a pleasant experience., • Meet guests for check-ins, give property tours, and address any inquiries they may have., • Serve as the primary contact for guests during their stay, resolving any issues promptly., • Inspect properties post-cleaning to ensure cleanliness and standards are upheld., • Coordinate cleaning schedules and manage supplies. Salary • This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from £24,000 to £30,000 per year + Bonus (OTE £45000), depending on experience and based in London.

We are looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include delivering and collecting materials from suppliers and job sites. Occasionally, you may also assist with onsite tasks, for which training will be provided if required. A valid driving license is essential for this role, and we will provide a vehicle for your use.
