ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a proactive, organised and friendly Studio Assistant to help keep our Dalston studio running smoothly. This is a hands-on, varied role that combines front-of-house duties, studio upkeep, admin and a little social media support. No two days are quite the same, so you’ll need to be comfortable multitasking, getting stuck in and switching between tasks throughout the day. A big part of the role is keeping the studio clean, tidy and looking its best. You’ll also be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping to create a welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. Alongside the day-to-day studio operations, you’ll support our marketing team with content capture in the studio. You don’t need to be a social media expert, but you should have a basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, an interest in beauty content and an eye for what looks good. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Studio Operations: Managing emails, calls, bookings, stock and general admin as well as being responsible as a key holder., • Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring they have the best journey from start to finish., • Cleaning & Upkeep: Keeping the studio clean, tidy and organised, maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the day., • Social Media Support: Capturing photos and videos in the studio, supporting content creation and admin., • Team Support: Helping with products, clients and daily tasks to keep the studio running smoothly.
